We have been working with Ms. Weitzsacker as our travel agent for the past ten years. Over this time we have had ample opportunities to observe her abilities and professionalism. We never wanted cookie cutter trips, we want to put our own stamp on our journeys. She has always come thru, including the time we were stranded in Chicago. She promptly procured a hotel room and another flight for us to our destination in Holland. On our latest trip she spent two days arranging our complicated air schedule to India.
Ms Weitzsacker is always on top of situations in our destination that may prove troublesome.
